Where do orders ship from?

ZAR Pidnom is based in Australia! All orders ship from Sydney, NSW.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! ZAR Pindom ships internationally in hopes to make the entire world a PINderful place!

I've played my order, when will it ship?

ZAR Pindom is an independently-owned small business, which means that all orders are packed by myself. I always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, and usually do so within 1-14 days!

During special events, such as collection launches or restocks, processing time may take a bit longer! Depending on how many orders are placed, it can sometimes take longer to ship.

My tracking says shipment created, but no updated yet, what does this mean?

This update means that your order is in pre-shipment, which means that I have printed & packed your order, but it has not been scanned in by the shipping company yet! Your tracking will update shortly afterward.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After dispatch, shipping usually takes;

Australia: 2-10 Business Days
International: 10-30 Business Days

What happens if my package goes missing?

If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office or the contact number provided on your tracking link! Unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office. I also do not have the time or resources to call these locations for you, especially if they are located outside of Australia. If both of these resources still can not help you, feel free to contact me and I will open an investigation on your package!

Do you accept returns?

All sales on ZAR Pindom are final. I do accept returns or exchanges prior to order dispach but not after. All item descriptions, sizes, and details are made clear on the listings, so make sure to read them over before making your purchase!

What happens if I provided the wrong address or have moved?

Your item can be reshipped once it is returned to me as long as the shipping is paid for once more. 
Please take great care in providing me with your correct information, as I do not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses once packages have shipped.

My item is damaged, what can be done?

I take quality very seriously, and only want the best for my customers! Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped out to their new homes, but it is possible a damaged product could slip past me! Please email me, and you will receive a replacement.

What is grading?

Pin grading is subjective. Since enamel pins are handmade items, they rarely, if ever, will appear 'perfect'. I keep this in mind while creating our grading scale!

I thoroughly examine each pin on arrival and are separated from Flawed grades by an identifier on the backing card. See below under what qualifies for a Flawed grade to see exactly what I look for when grading. I will always do our best to send out the best pins available! If there is a major issue, please send photos and an explanation of your problem to zacharykatz@me.com so I can help.

Please note that all images on the website are a digital representation and the final product may differ slightly due to physical colour reproduction, sizing and scale.

Standard Grade
The highest quality of pin that I offer! These pins are subjectively flawless to us. If you notice any issues with your A Grade pin please let us know at zarpindom@gmail.com

Flawed Grade
Flawed Grade pins have one or multiple defects exhibited below:

  • Scratched plating
  • Damaged plating
  • Damaged plating edges
  • Loose pins
  • Loose pin backings
  • Loose pin on pin attachment (where applicable) 
  • Damaged enamel
  • Enamel infill
  • Uneven enamel fill
  • Specs inside/on top of enamel fill

  • Misaligned screen printing

How do pre-orders work?

Often you'll see products available for pre-order. A pre-order is an order placed for a product before it's put into production, released and stocked. Often pre-orders will be listed at a discounted price to offset the time waiting for the product to be made and sent.

Below are terms and conditions associated with placing a pre-order;

  • Products will be put into production immediately after the pre-order closes⁠.
  • Production updated will be posted on Discord, Instagram and emailed⁠.
  • Any additional pins purchased from the store will be distributed with the pre-order and not before⁠. 
  • I will not be holding order or refunding shipping of subsequent orders to send together⁠
  • Patreon and email subscriber discounts are valid with pre-order⁠
  • Pre-Order sales are final and cannot be refunded⁠
  • DMs and emails are open for any questions
